By accessing or using Draft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Draft is an AI agent orchestration platform that converts natural language feature descriptions into code changes via automated agent workflows. The Service is available as a cloud-hosted product and a self-hosted open-source distribution.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Code and Data

You retain all ownership rights to code and data you provide to Draft. We do not claim ownership of your code. For self-hosted deployments, your code never leaves your infrastructure. For cloud-hosted deployments, your code is processed only to provide the Service and is not used for training AI models.

Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated code will be free of errors, security vulnerabilities, or bugs. You are responsible for reviewing all code before deploying to production.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
